The Rhododendron Conference Center offers 5,595 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Our main conference area, a 4,477 square foot room can be used as one space, or can be divided into three smaller banquet rooms. An additional meeting room is located adjacent to the Rhododendron Restaurant. Catering service is available. Selections range from finger foods and appetizers, to buffets, to plated dinners. All meeting rooms are required to be rented for a minimum block of four hours. For blocks between four and eight hours will be pro-rated by the hour. A maximum fee for eight hours will be charged for all blocks of eight hours or more. All groups are required to pay a room fee, regardless of any other service being provided. Room fees must be prepaid. All events will require a signed booking contract. Prices quoted on our menus do not include sales tax or gratuity. Sales tax is currently 5%. A 15% gratuity is also added to your charges. Payment for all catering must be paid on or before the day of the event. Billing will include the number of guests planned for, plus any extra guests who attend. Added charges may apply if additional room or food set-up is required. Food costs and menu selections are subject to change at any time, and will depend on availability. Space is reserved according to the number of guests initially provided when booking a reservation. A significant change in the number of guests may hinder our ability to provide services and may void the booking contract. Rooms rented for 4 hours or less are offered at half-price. |
