Do the family cooks want a vacation, too? The Rhododendron Restaurant offers a broad menu selection along with breathtaking views of the gorge from our floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the main dining area, a banquet room is available for meetings and group gatherings. Or if you want a very private gathering, the restaurant can cater an event anywhere within the park. The restaurant is open April 1, or if Easter falls in March, the Saturday before Easter through the Saturday before Christmas. Operating hours May 1 – May 26: May 27 – October 31: November 1 – December 17: Restaurant closed on Mondays and Tuesdays The Rhododendron Conference Center offers 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting space suitable for any gathering from wedding receptions to banquets, meetings, or parties of any size. The space can be divided into four separate rooms to accommodate up to 525 people, depending on the set-up of the room. Another smaller meeting room is available adjacent to the Rhododendron Restaurant. Events held inside the conference center must be catered by the Rhododendron Restaurant.
