Rhododendron Restaurant & Conference Center

Do the family cooks want a vacation, too? The Rhododendron Restaurant offers a broad menu selection along with breathtaking views of the gorge from our floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the main dining area, a banquet room is available for meetings and group gatherings. Or if you want a very private gathering, the restaurant can cater an event anywhere within the park.

The restaurant will open for the 2018 season on Friday, March 2. Hours of operation are as follows:

Monday – Thursday: Closed

Friday – Saturday: 7 am to 9 pm

Sunday: 7 am to 8 pm

Daily from 7 am to 9 pm

September 4 – October 28

Monday – Tuesday: 8 am to 3 pm

Wednesday – Thursday: 11 am to 8 pm

The Rhododendron Conference Center offers 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting space suitable for any gathering from wedding receptions to banquets, meetings, or parties of any size. The space can be divided into three separate rooms and can accommodate up to 525 people, depending on the set-up of the room. Another smaller meeting room is available adjacent to the Rhododendron Restaurant. Buffet menus for the weekend of Friday, May 18, 2018 to Sunday, May 20, 2018 are:

Friday dinner: Salisbury steak, roasted pork and potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, carrots, spinach, salad bar, and dessert.

Saturday dinner: Turkey and gravy, meatloaf, sweet potatoes, dressing, hominy, brussel sprouts, salad bar, and dessert.

Sunday dinner: Fried chicken, lasagna, baked fish and rice, squash, corn, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad bar, and dessert.

Friday and Saturday’s dinner buffet will run from 4pm-8pm. Sunday’s buffet runs from 11am-4pm.

Friday and Saturday dinner buffets are $12.95 for ages 11 and up, $7.95 for ages 4–10, free for ages 3 and under, drink included. Sunday dinner buffets are $13.95 for ages 11 and up, $7.95 for ages 4–10, free for ages 3 and under, drink included.
