The Fall Elk Tours are a bit different than the Spring Tours. If you catch the Elk at the right time of year, they are in their rut or breeding season. During this time, it is possible to hear bugling and watch as the Bull Elk fight over herds of Cows (female Elk). The tours are offered only on select dates, and departure times and meeting locations are displayed when booking. We travel to the site where the Elk where orginally released in Buchanan County. This is your chance not only to view the Elk but also to learn about their history. We provide a boxed lunch and water. It is $40 per person.
