Join us at Breaks Interstate Park on October 16–17, 2026, for our annual Halloween Spooktacular.
A family-friendly celebration filled with costumes, creativity, storytelling and plenty of Halloween fun!
The festivities begin Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. with our pumpkin judging contest (Bring your completed carved or decorated pumpkin) and then come for storytelling at 7:30 p.m. at the amphitheater.
On Saturday at 11:00 a.m. ,also at the amphitheater, children and pets can show off their Halloween looks during the costume judging contest, while campers transform the campground with imaginative and spooky decorations. The campsite decorating contest will be judged at 1:30 p.m.
Later on Saturday, (4:00 p.m. Busses and Shuttles Depart) families are invited to visit the campground, admire the campsites our campers work so hard to decorate and enjoy trick-or-treating throughout the campground.

7:00 p.m. - Pumpkin Judging Contest

1:30 p.m. - Campsite Decorating Contest
4:00 p.m. - Busses and Shuttles Depart to the Campground for trick-or-treating.
6:30 p.m. - Busses and shuttles begin return trips tp the parking area.
