Our annual Spooktacular event is fun for the whole family.

On Friday, October 16th, we will have a pumpkin-judging contest at the amphitheatre, followed directly by storytelling. Bring your completed pumpkins and anything you may need to be comfortable on the stone seats of the amphitheatre.

On Saturday, October 17th, we will have the costume contest at 11 am at the amphitheatre. The costume contest sections will be split into age groups and a pet category. No duos or group juding will be done. A group of Breaks Park employees will begin the campsite judging at 1:30 pm in a marked Breaks vehicle. Certificates will be awarded after judging, and winners will be posted on Facebook.

Trick-or-Treating in the campground will begin at 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 17th. Follow event signs to the parking areas and wait for the shuttles to begin taking groups at 4:00 pm. This event is over before dark, and we will begin shuttling people out of the campgrounds around 6:45 pm. Plan accordingly.
